Role & Responsibilities
As the regional operator of the FMR (Fuchun Metal Regeneration) brand in Japan, Fuchun Co., Ltd is responsible for the strategic planning, resource integration, partner management, and operational execution of localized metal regeneration hubs across Japan.

◆ Scrap metal procurement and resource regeneration.
◆ Development and operation of regional metal recycling hubs.
◆ Strategic metal supply for local manufacturing industries.
Base Network Layout
Three strategically planned metal regeneration bases in major regions of Japan:
◆ Eastern Japan: Ibaraki Prefecture
◆ Central Japan: Nagano Prefecture
