Established in October 2024 and headquartered in Tokyo, Fuchun Co., Ltd is dedicated to developing localized, green, and carbon-neutral closed-loop systems for non-ferrous metal, mainly copper metal, resource regeneration in Japan, fully compliant with Japan’s strict environmental and decarbonization regulations.
As the regional operator of the FMR (Fuchun Metal Regeneration) brand in Japan, Fuchun Co., Ltd is responsible for the strategic planning, resource integration, partner management, and operational execution of localized metal regeneration hubs across Japan.

Leveraging the robust industrial foundation of China's Yangtze River Delta region and Fuyang, Zhejiang's advanced metal recycling technologies, the company has built a comprehensive closed-loop system encompassing "raw material procurement—rough refining—precision refining—electrolytic purification—regional supply." This system provides high-quality recycled metal materials to manufacturing enterprises within the region.
