In early March 2025, the core technical and business team of FMR (Fuchun Metal Regeneration) Japan subsidiary, Fuchun Co., Ltd. Japan, conducted a six-day on-site survey in Osaka (West Japan), Nagano Prefecture (Central Japan), and Ibaraki Prefecture (East Japan). The survey focused on site selection planning, cooperation resource negotiations, and industry chain research for the company’s future three regional metal regeneration bases.
The survey emphasized evaluating candidate site conditions, regional scrap resource distribution, industrial supply chain coordination, and potential cooperation resources. The team visited multiple raw material suppliers and manufacturing parks, engaging in in-depth exchanges regarding future business collaboration.
In the final two days of the visit, the team held a summary review meeting, analyzing the research findings in combination with current industry trends, Japanese regional industrial policies, and environmental regulations, and collectively assessed the feasibility and rollout plans for each regional base.
Through this comprehensive survey and intensive discussion, the team expressed that it has gained a clearer, deeper, and more practical understanding of FMR’s Japan market layout. Moving forward, the team will actively collaborate with regional partners in Japan to accelerate the preparation and implementation of the base projects.
